Here in Torbay we are encouraging our schools to become more sustainable.
We believe that one of the ways to become more sustainable is by reducing our energy consumption, not only will this save money, but we will also be reducing Carbon dioxide emissions, resulting in a ‘cleaner and greener’ Torbay for everyone. Within Torbay council we have set ourselves a target of reducing CO2 emissions by at least 20% by 2012 which requires everyone to get involved and see how they can help achieve this significant goal.
