Torbay Cycle Forum

The Torbay Cycle Forum can submit ideas on improving cycling in and around Torbay. New ideas are always welcome, as are comments on existing schemes whether already built or in the pipeline.
Anyone can be in the Forum buts it’s 2-way and you must be willing to actively get involved and offer up ideas and practical solutions that will help us help the cyclist in the Bay.
The Local Transport Plan sets out our vision for cycling, and the Implementation Plan attempted to outline a way for implementing new cycling schemes. As new schemes are developed, we will post plans on this site for comments.
To contribute to the Forum, please email transportation@torbay.gov.uk. By emailing us we will assume you are willing to receive regular emails about cycling, unless otherwise stated. Alternatively you can contact us on 01803 808821
