Hele's Angels

Hele's Angels is a community partnership in the Hele and Lower Barton area, designed to tackle a number of key issues in the area. The project started in November 2009, with the shop opening in November 2010 near the bottom of Hele Road. Hele's Angels are here to offer a range of advice and support in a number of areas, working with local partners like the police and Torbay Council, offering help with how to deal with housing issues, anti-social behaviour, problems regarding benefits and support for carers, amongst other issues.
