Brixham Town Council
Christmas 2008
Christmas Parade
The Christmas Parade will be held on Saturday 6 December 2008.
The parade starts at 4.30pm and runs from the Harbour, along The Quay, up Fore Street, down Middle Street, up Fore Street again and finishes at The Scala Hall.
Car Parking
To enhance the Brixham festive experience Torbay Council has agreed that their car parks in Brixham will be at a fixed charge of £1 for:
- Saturday 6, 13, 20 December - From Noon to Midnight
- Monday 22 December - From Noon to Midnight.
The Town Council
The first meeting of Brixham Parish Council was held on 17 May 2007. At this meeting members agreed, pursuant to Section 245(6) of the Local Government Act 1972, that the Parish Council would be renamed Brixham Town Council.
